what are the clinical features of Shy-Drager syndrome

A

parkinsonism
(ataxic gait and increased upper limb tone with cog-wheel rigidity)

autonomic disturbance
erectile dysfunction: often an early feature
postural hypotension!!!!! ( high which diffrentiates it self from Parkinson disease )
atonic bladder

cerebellar signs (clumsiness)
