“distance priority vs. time priority,” represent distinct yet converging processes for reaching the 2K/7.

Keep pace at 1:45 for 500mts , when u can maintain this for 7 minutes u become fit to do it in 7 mins, called rate priority efforts

Another approach apart from distance, time and rate priority effort approach is
interval approach - Row for 420/10, 42 seconds at 200mts rest for 30 secs and repeat 10 times.
Next run - reduce break by 5 secs, that 45 secs less break and repeat.. do this till u have no breaks.
