People dieing younger,
CNS in the brain also cause sudden death

SCD - reasons

A

> 35yrs, Acquired Coronary artery diseases,( eating habits and bad gene),
< 35yrs grp , Hypertrophy cardio myopathy- ventricle walls become thick results in blood from the pulmonary side, forceful into the aorta, traps blood instead of squeezin/jet it out, Congenital abnormality whr–lRight ventricular outflow tract obstruction, especially happen when its beaten like mad, Annamoulus coronary arteries- no good pumping and circulating of blood, myocarditis- abnormal symptoms rhythm, Marfan syndrome - weak connective tissue( dilated aorta), blood vessel can tear open,

Recommendations

A
  • History examination: Family history of sudden death in exercise, syncope- sudden collapse, personal history - chest pain while exercising, personal history of syncope.

-physical examination- - Blood levels elevated - but not an abnormality,
Heart murmurs- turbulent flow of blood caused of hypertrophy, or valve abnormality, palpating at the femoral arteries and listening to it, Aorta Anuerysm
