Illinois agility test
To test agility and run to 10 metre mark then weave through cones then next 10 metre and sprint to the end
Cooper run
To test cardio run around a 200 metre grid for 12 minutes and see how many laps you can do
Vert jump test
To test muscular endurance put chalk on fingers and jump as high as you can on a wall
Hand grip test
To test strength squeeze a hand grip machine as hard as you can
Press up test
To test muscular endurance do as many press ups in a minute as you can
Sit up test
To test muscular endurance do as many sit ups as you can in a minute
30 metre sprint
To test speed run as fast as you can for 30 metres
Sit and reach test
To test flexability sit down and reach as far as you can amd measure
Harvard step test
To test fitness and heart rate step up on a gym bench for a minute and test heart rate every minite for 3 minutes
