What is agility?
The ability to change position and control the body at speed. A rugby player running for the try line also needs agility to dodge tacking defenders.
What is balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at a rest or on the move. There are two types of balance which are static balance and dynamic balance.
What is co-ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together at the same time
What is power?
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly. Power = strength x speed. A sprinter driving out of the blokes or discuss thrower throwing the discuss.
What is reaction time?
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it.
What is speed?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.
