What is Body composition?

A

The percentage of body weight that is muscle, fat or bone. For example Mo farah has very little muscle and fat and Usain Bolt has muscle and bone.

A

The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance, for example when you are in a rugby scrum.

A

The most common and easiest way to get your body composition.
Weight divided by height squared.

A

The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired. For example swimming your muscles are being used repeatedly without getting tired
