Why is thw pulse raising phase important
It is important to gradually imcrease heart rate and body temperature this is through gental aerobic excersizes
Why is the stretching phase important
Helps improve range of movement (joint)
It mobilizes joint
And helps maintain bidy temperature
How long should a warm up last
10-20 mins and it envolves gradually increasing intensity
What activity comes after the warmup
After the warmup the main activity is next (match or game)
Why is a Cooldown important
An effective cooldown assits recovery ,reduces and helps remove lactic acid and other waste products.
What does a cooldown consist of
A cooldown consists of 2 phases, the light cardio excercise and the stretching phase
Why are the two phases of a cooldown improtant
They are important because it decreases muscle tension and returns muscle to pre excersise state and also helps slowly decrease the heart rate and breathing rate to resting rate
