Marathon runner
Marathon runners will do a lot of interval training sonthat they can run at a good pace for long periods of time

Plyometricas are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time. The exercises aim to increase your muscles elastic strength and explosiveness.
Weight resistant training
Weight resistance training uses progressive resistance either in the form of the actual weight lifted or in terms of the number of times the weight is lifted.

Physical training involving alternating stages of high and low intensityactivity..

A method of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing.
