Q

What does FITT mean

A

The fitt principle works with the principle or proggresive overloard because, as you get fitter, you can more often at a higher intesity and for longer at a given activity

Q

What does frequency mean

A

Frequency means how often you train. Frequency can be adjusted to help you manage proggresive overload. For example, you may go from running three times a week to four times a week
