What is protocol of harvard step
Step on and off a 45cm high bench every 2 sec for 5 min.
What is protocol of one min sit up
Perform each sit up with knees bent and hand on ears. Sit up and teach knee with elbow. Partner starts clock as you start sit up for 1 min. Partner record number of sit ups.
What is protocol of one min press up
Perform each press up with hands on ground level with shoulders. Straighten arms. Bend arms and lower body about 90 degrees angle. Then repeat. Clock starts as you start press up for 1 min. Partner records number of press ups
What is protocol for vertical jump
Chalk fingertips then reach up and touch wall as high as you can. Measure how high above your standing reach mark you jumped and record result. Score best 3 attempts

Either use standard sit and reach box or sit down with legs straight and feet against bench on its side. Measure how far beyond toes you can reach

Use hand grip dynamometer. With strongest hand saueeze as tight as possible. Take 3 recordings and record best score.

Runs sets around a course as quick as possible. Lie face doen at start and on go jump and complete course quickly. Score based on time you complete course

Run for 12 min around a course, marked by cones. Measure distance covered and your vo2 max, caculate score against normstive data
