Abrasion
Occurs when skin has friction on walls or the floor normally on rough services
Sprain
A damaged ligamanet which has gone too far behind its mobility in the joints
Dislocation
When a joint or bone is hit hard out of its sitting position through a great amount of force
Fracture
A crack or break in the bones on any part of the body.There are 5 different types of injurys to the bone,greenstick,transverse,impacted,comminuted and oblique
Soft tissue injury
Movement past the range of mobility tears the tendons and ligaments.
4 types of fractures
Inclosed,skin over the fracture and looks out of place
Dompound,bone sticks out of the skin
Simple,one line or crack going through or halfway through the bone
Stress,happens because of fatigue and overuse
Torn cartilage
Long term overuse of running on hard surfaces like roads which rips and tears the cartilage which is a elastic fibre
Consussion
Happens due to a hard hit on the head and makes the victim confused and slow
Strains
A twist or pull in the muscle
