How may bupropion be used in smoking cessation?
A
It’s a selective noradrenaline and dopamine reuptake inhibitor; 150mg daily for first 6 days, then 150mg bi-daily from day 7 (course if for 8 weeks)

What are contraindications to taking bupropion?
A
seizures, CNS tumour, benzodiazepine or alcohol withdrawal, liver disease, eating disorders
