Differential diagnosis

A

cardiac - congenital valve lesions, myocarditis, channelopathies, fibro-elastosis

pulmonary - pneumonitis, bronchiolitis, etc

brain - meningitis , encephalitis, A-V malformation

trauma, poisoning, hepatitis, enterocolitis, sepsis, aspiration, heat illness, hyperthermia
