A

FAP syndrome - includes FAP 25% of the time and is associated with some loss of daily function OR additional Sx
F > M 4-18 years
affects QOL and school attendance

persistent or recurrent pain/discomfort in the upper abdomen
not relieved by defeacation or associated with change in bowel pattern
early satiety, bloating, nausea and vomiting
