A
Restlessness Plethora Acrocyanosis Poor feeding Hypoglycaemia Systemic thrombosis Persistent pulmonary hypertension

Treatment of polycythaemia
A
partial volume exchange transfusion with normal saline is indicated for symptomatic infants and some with haematocrit of > 70%
