O – costochondral junction of 1st rib
I – subclavian groove of clavicle
Serratus anterior
O – external surface of lateral parts of ribs 1-8
I – ant surface of medial border of scapula
Latissimus dorsi
O – SP T6-T12, thoracolumbar fascia (L1-L5, posterior aspect of iliac crest)
I – floor of intertubercular groove of humerus (passes medial to humerus to get there)
Levator scapulae
O – transverse processes of C1-C4
I – superior angle and sup part of medial border of scapula
Rhomboid minor
O – lower part of ligamentum nuchae and spinous processes of C7-T1
I – sup to rhomboid major on medial border scapula
Rhomboid major
O – spinous processes of T2-T5
I – inferior aspect of medial border of scapula
Teres major
O – posterior surface of inf angle of scapula
I – medial to intertubercular groove of humerus
Teres minor
O – middle 1/2 of lateral border of scapula
I – inferior facet of greater tubercle of humerus
Supraspinatus
O – supraspinous fossa
I – sup facet of greater tubercle
Infraspinatus
