A

Serum creatinine > 26 umol/L within 48 hrs

Serum creatinine 1.5 x baseline value within 1 week

Urine output < 0.5 ml/kg/hr for 6 hrs

Hyperkalaemia (built up of electrolytes)
Pulmonary oedema (built up fluid, urea, creatine etc)
Acidosis
Pericarditis
