Q

how does secondary sociolalisation helps society work effectively?

A

schools help to reinforce and teach society’s norms and values e.g different clothing depending on the activity, this helps teach univerlistic standards such as meritocracy. however, society is not meritocratic as not everyone as equal availability to resources therefore when it comes to an exam the results won’t show an accurate assessment on the people being tested.
