Howard- poor nutrition affects health which can weaken children’s immune system which makes them more susceptible to illness which cause them to miss out on education and fall behind in school.

children from the middle class receive a balanced diet with the correct amount of nutrients which helps build a strong immune system which is able to protect hem from getting illness which would prevent them from attending school.
