Mitsos and Browne- decline in mal employment caused an identity crisis for males and now believe they have little prospects for jobs which lowers motivation and self-esteem so boys do not aim to achieve high qualifications.
what is the evaluation to how globalisation and the decline of traditional men’s jobs
with reduction to manual jobs which don’t require qualifications shouldn’t there be an increase in motivation to get these qualifications to get a job?
