How is the patient positioned for an upright AP/PA above diaphragm view?
- Center midpoint of affected side to center of IR
- Rest the patients hands, palms outward against hips
How is the patient positioned for a supine AP/PA above diaphragm view?
- Center midpoint of affected side to center of IR
- Extend the arms to the vertical position with the hands under the head
What are the structures seen for AP/PA below diaphragm views?
