non contrast enhanced CT if pregnant US
list some ureteric calculi mimics
phlebroliths (darker in the middle), calcified LNs, uterine fibroids, arterial calcification
investigation for macroscopic haemoaturia if over 50 and under 50s
over 50s CT urography and cystoscopy
under 50 US and cystoscopy and if both normal and haematuria still present then do CTU
If CTU contraindicated in haematuria
why would it be contra indicated
MRU
contrast allergy, renal impairment, pregnant
renal mass if >3cm
