JL: corner case of DW
Pax has flown outbound and then disrupted. DW flow on DGA to skip shopping in this case (new case to be added on top of other existing ones) and allow pax to cancel inbound and re-price flown one with cheapest from half-RT or OW fares.
Allowing shopping would have been very complicated because needs cheapest from ATC std, ATC DW and half-RT fares and OW fares.
NH: latest DCS150 problem
ATC Shopper only allow full bound exchange. To be able to do partial bound, dev done for SWA to ask JS only TS containing a specific segment. Was enough for SWA as max 2-seg O&Ds
But not enough for NH and soon not for SWA, migrating to 3
Main reason why PCP002 is no longer usable
As tickets become exchangeable and repricing should be historical, we need to keep the full history of the Target Prices…
NH conclusion on AIr DP
Drop PCP002 but keep DP contract and push to a later date tbc based on evolution of regulation
An advantage NH sees in DP
The constantly evolving price would make it difficult for JL to follow
Challenge of AI NRM
First migration from SRMp. Shadow mode of NRM might not be possible w/o gaps, under assessment
