Product - Servicing Flashcards
Why does ATC need the ticket
To get coupon statuses and perform eligility checks
How does ATC work if we don’t have pricing context
Backpricing to get fare rules for eligibility checks (which should work if still unchanged in ATPCo)
How does ATC get the ticket details
From ticket number go to Ticketing gateway which goes to ETS or external ETS with TKTREQ
In which cases ATC with backpricing could fail to return the right price
If pricing was done on some PTC and corpo/account code. Without the pricing context, we don’t know we have to use them for re-pricing
How ATC retrieves the BLB
For SU, with tkt # from “Sales database”
Edifact to retrieve BLB key from external ETS
TPCKRQ/R (Pricing Context Key)
