Very elaborate model containing stressors and the onset of injury, as well as the cognitive appraisal, situational factors and recovery outcomes:

Applied considerations
Provide ability to disclose emotions (talk is important), self-awareness, reflection
Challenge injured to see from alternative perspective (focus on positive)
Emphasize importans of emotional/social support
Be aware of impact culture
