Proangiogenic factors
- VEGF and placental GF
- low placental GF - in CKD/hypertension
SFLT1/PIGF ratio - lower ratio - less likely preeclampsia.

- Low creatinine due to hyper filtration
- Creatinine starts to rise in 3rd trimester
- Lower BP
