Diagnostic criteria of antiphospholipid syndrome

A

Clinical

  • venous thrombosis
  • arterial thrombosis
  • 1 or more unexplained foetal death at >10 weeks
  • 1 or more premature birth of <34 weeks related to eclampsia, preeclampsia, placental insufficency
  • 3 or more unexplained consecutive abortions <10 weeks.
Lab ( more than 1 present, 12 weeks apart) 
- positive b2 glycoprotein 
- positive lupus anticoagulant 
-postive anticardiolupin
