Myasthenia Gravis - musk positive

  • demographics

  • respiratory and bulbar involvement
A

Usually in non white young female, early onset, not related to thymoma. Generalised MG. Severe disease with respiratory and bulbar involvement. Poor response to treatment but good response with rituximab.
