Postterm is greater or equal to 42 0/7 weeks gestation. Late term is 41 0/7 to 41 6/7 weeks gestation.
What is fetal dysmaturity?
incidence approaches 10% when gestational age >43 weeks. infants display characteristics of chronic intrauterine malnutition and have long, think body, long nails, meconium stained skin and nails, dry, peeling skin and an associated small placenta; infants are at increased risk for oligohydramnios, cord compression, meconium passage, stillbirth

What are risks for postterm pregnancy?
women with previous postterm pregnancy are at 2 to 4 fold increased risk for another, nulliparity, advanced maternal age, obesity, male fetus and Caucasian women
