Where is LI4 (Hegu) located?
On the back of the hand, between the first and second metacarpal bones, in the middle of the second metacarpal bone on the radial side.
Where can you find Pc3 (Quze)?
On the transverse cubital crease, on the ulnar side of the tendon of biceps brachii.
What is Baxie?
In the web between each pair of fingers, at the junction of the red and white skin.
Locate SP3 (Taibai).
On the medial side of the foot, in the depression proximal and inferior to the head of the first metatarsal bone.
Where is ST35 (Dubi) found?
Below the patella, in the depression lateral to the patellar ligament.
What are Xiyan?
A pair of points located in the depressions on both sides of the patellar ligament.
Where is BL11 (Dazhu) located?
1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of T1.
Where can REN3 (Zhongji) be found?
On the anterior midline, 4 cun below the umbilicus.
Locate LI11 (Quchi).
At the lateral end of the transverse cubital crease, in the depression of the radial side of the arm.
Where is Pc6 (Neiguan) located?
2 cun above the wrist crease, between the tendons of palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis.
What is Yaotongxue?
On the dorsum of the hand, between the second and third, and fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, in the depressions distal to the bases of these bones.
Locate SP6 (Sanyinjiao).
3 cun above the medial malleolus, posterior to the medial border of the tibia.
Where is ST36 (Zusanli) found?
3 cun below ST35 (Dubi), one finger-breadth lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.
What is Heding?
On the midpoint of the superior border of the patella.
Where can BL12 (Fengmen) be found?
1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of T2.
Locate REN4 (Guanyuan).
On the anterior midline, 3 cun below the umbilicus.
Where is SI3 (Houxi) located?
On the ulnar side of the hand, in the depression proximal to the head of the fifth metacarpal bone.
Where can Pc7 (Daling) be found?
In the middle of the wrist crease, between the tendons of palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis.
What is Luozhen?
On the dorsum of the hand, in the depression proximal to the second and third metacarpophalangeal joints.
Locate SP9 (Yinlingquan).
On the medial side of the lower leg, in the depression posterior and inferior to the medial condyle of the tibia.
Where is ST40 (Fenglong) found?
8 cun superior to the lateral malleolus, two finger-breadths lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.
What is Bafeng?
On the dorsum of the foot, in the webs between the toes, at the junction of the red and white skin.
Where is BL13 (Feishu) located?
1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of T3.
Where can REN5 (Shimen) be found?
On the anterior midline, 2 cun below the umbilicus.
