'kai' here acts as a means to emphasise the statement 'όχι και άσχημα! It's a colloquial thing.

(This literally means: ‘For you, likeable the wine / the milk?)
Conjugationof the verb to like in the present indicative:

Μου αρέσει το κρασί.
κρασί is a neuter word.
Would you like to eat lunch now?

I didn’t eat anything.
