A
covers almost all the parts of the body to prevent pathogens infecting body

A
moves mucus and pathogens to the back of the throat to be swallowed into the stomach

hydrochloric acid kills pathogens that is caught in mucus in airways or consumed in food and or water

A
enzymes that destroy bacteria cells through their walls
