Define Health
A state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity
Define Fitness
The ability to meet/ cope with the demands of the environment.

Name the test that test agility
Illinois agility test
Equipment - 8 cones, a measuring tape and stopwatch
Cones should be arranged in a 10 m x 5 m rectangle with 4 cones down the middle
Performer stars face down on the floor
Test involves running around the cones as fast as possible
Name the test for testing balance
stalk balance test
equipment - a stopwatch
The individual starts to balance on two flat feet and hands placed on hips
one leg is lifted so that the toes of the lifted leg touch the inside of the knee of the planted leg
The timekeeper tells the individual to raise the heel on the planted leg (stopwatch starts)
The individual balances as long as possible until they loose balance (look at average)
