if we increase light energy intensity and pts also increases, light intensity was almost a limiting factor

if we keep increasing light intensity there comes a point where rate pts no longer increases - something elseis a limiting factor like co2
how does the amount of chlorophyll in a leaf affect pts
leaves with less chlorophyll trap less light energy so a lower rate of photosynthesis
how does tempurature affect photosynthesis
as tempurature increases enzymes will work faster so rate increases, if kept increasing enzymes will denature so rate falls

produces insoluble storage material starch which can be converted back into glucose when needed eg night

many plants convert glucose into fats and oils which are used as a storage form of energy

produces amino acids so plats can synthesise proteins
plants need to absorb nitrate ions from the soil to make amino acid
how do farmers increase the rate of photosynthesis and why
2 ways
to increase yield of crops produced
so farmers light and heat their greenhouses and also add extra co2 (expnesive)
some use oil bruners which release heat and co2 at the same time
