Produce vasoconstriction and venoconstriction by stimulating contraction of vascular SM cells

A
- Nasal Decongestant
- Mydriatic (dilate pupil for eye exam) – Mydriasis
- Increase BP in vasodilated state

Less Potent vasoconstrictior than NE
Not inactivated by COMT
Topical (eye, nose), intravenous infusion (increase BP)
