Once moisture control is achieved, outline the steps involved in the placement of FS.

A

Dry tooth surface.
Place etch on the surface for the 20s and then wash off for 20s.
The cotton wool roll must be replaced at this point
Then dry surface again and place FS with mircobrush. CAn use a probe to spread it evenly throughout the fissures
Then light cure for the 20s
Finally, check that there are no catches with the probe
If a bad taste then can add toothpaste to the area.

A
