the bodys ability to respond or adapt to the demands & stress of physical effort
what is exercise?
planned structured receptive, movement intended to improve or maintain physical fitness

Cardiorespiratory Endurance
Ability to perform prolonged, large-muscle exercise at moderate to high intensity.

Amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximal effort. (greater muscle mass greater metabolism)
