Unfortunately you can’t do an assessment and session on the same day as we need to speak with the training team after your assessment. You can book for as soon as the next day though
If a triallist wants to book an assessment with you via the phone and not using the automatic online payment method and booking system what do you say?
Because our online payment method kicks off a lot of automations we always need you to buy the trial online using that, and then the automatic email and text will allow you to use our online booking system schedule your assessment.

What does “30 days notice” mean? If I have handed my notice in on the 1st January, and my payments normally happen on the 5th of each month. Will I make another payment?
Yes. 30 days notice means that if you hand your notice in and there is a payment due in the next 30 days it runs as normal, and you can train up until 30 days from that debit date

If you have a prospect who is in “to see if the DVCC is right for them”, pre having bought a trial. What do you need to get them to do when they visit

If a triallist wants to buy a training program on their first session do you allow it?
No. You say. Great well lets get your first few sessions out of the way and then we can sort that

On the mindbody website, search for them - Click “profile” then activate.
Then use “Have an account” when registering their Par Q
What type of training should Fit Over 50 clients do?
In 99% of cases they would only do semi private training
Why are you directing triallists to do a certain number of sessions?
For their benefit. NOT because they are on a trial. It is for their personal results.
What do you say if a triallist says they were very sore?
Ah you will never be this sore again, and infact in a few months you will probably be asking us why don’t I get sore anymore I miss it!!
What do you do when you have done the 1st session followup call?
Move the clients “deal” to “currently training”
When should a triallist be booked for, for their first session?
At a session within your normal shifts
What should the triallist first session do for them?
Make them feel cared for and to make sure that they are introduced to all training team and that you are doing what you said you would do in the assessment…Looking after them
What do we need the triallist to feel?
It makes them feel comfortable and that DVCC is completely different than any other fitness experience
What do you do with them?
Introduce them to the other training team, and other clients.
How should they feel about their first training session?
Great
If you don’t see the triallist at their first session, what should you do?
If you don’t get to speak with the triallist at their session due to being in an assessment, you text them within 15 minutes of their session finishing.

Describe what you do at the triallists first session?
Welcome the triallist to their first session
Show them around in exactly the same manner as at their assessment
Introduce them to the trainer and say “I have spoken with….about your training history…He/She knows all about your…..” Or any other specific information to make them feel like we know all about their considerations.
Introduce them to any other clients in their session.
Work hard to have the older clients to help them and integrate them.
Ask the triallist if they have any questions from the assessment.
Describe what you should do with the triallist after their session has finished?
You are there to congratulate the triallist and make them feel they have achieved something by doing their first session.
You remind them even if they are sore to still attend their next session.
You ask them if they have any questions from your assessment.
If a client has been ill, can you extend their trial?
Yes you can, if you feel you will be able to help them
Do you have to have the clients debit/credit card details to sign them to a contract?
No. You do NOT need the clients credit or debit card to sign them up to a DVCC contract.
Are triallists “sold”?
No, they are enrolled into the right program for them to achieve their goals
