Yes - Shake the triallist’s hand and say “thank you very much, we are grateful you have become part of DVCC”.

Shake trialist hand and remind tell them to come 10 minutes before their session and to wait in the reception area and their trainer you or a someone from the training team will come and collect them

What do you do with the triallists “deal” on pipedrive after the triallist has left?

Update the clients “note” on their pipedrive deal. Include as much information as you can, especially details about things you feel could stop the client from succeeding (ie when gets busy at work, stops training. Hates being on a diet. Feels she needs to train 5 days a week etc etc)
