We have one to one training, which is suited to clients who are working on special stuff and want some extra attention from the trainers.

Semi private training which is between two to four clients in a session, never more than four. The average is two…and Team training which is that really fun, safe team environment.

All I want you to know today is with this price sheet, we have all kinds of prices available you can pay monthly with 30 days notice, 12 month memberships or annual memberships.

Our prices range from as low as £97/month and we have some clients that pay as much as £1200 a month just to be members here because they want alot of attention and they are working on special stuff.

The one thing to note is that with these programs POINT TO 5 X SEMI PRIVATE PROGRAM you also get access to Team Training as well.

So somewhere in here INSERT NAME, all I want you to know is at this stage is we’ve got a membership for you.

Now of course nutrition does play a part in losing weight and getting fit BUT training is the lead domino, and its why clients always buy a training program and then bolt on our 12 week nutrition intensive when they are mentally ready, as I think you will agree you need to be in the right frame of mind.

When you are just starting out with this style of exercise trying to do it all at once doesn’t work.

What do you say when you “Show the nutrition price sheet”

A

We don’t do diet plans as most of our clients have done at least 3 in their lives and of course it hasn’t worked.

We develop health habits with our clients, so eating healthily and achieving their goals is just something they do, without it negatively impacting their social life and family.

So what I want you to do at least for the first week or two is just focus on training. Getting the sessions working into your current lifestyle is going to be your “win” for these two weeks. You will be sore, and it’s something different.

And then when you feel you have developed the training habit let me know and we can have a sit down and chat about nutrition.

What I will do is email you over some guiding nutrition principles, check them out if you feel you are ready.

You may take these sheets with you.
