After you have delved into the triallists goal, what is a question you need to ask?
What was the best day you were ever in shape in your life?
How do you ask the client what they are trying to achieve?
Right so answer me this question, in fact two questions.
Sitting here 30 days from today, what has to have happened, physically and sometimes emotionally, now obviously 30 days isn’t that long but we will extrapolate that over a year.
