SHOW TRIALIST OVERHEAD SQUAT EXERCISE ON V1 SOFTWARE BY SAYING

This is interesting, let me show you what I can see

You see as you squat ideally your arms should stay pointing up to the sky

DRAW STRAIGHT LINE DOWN CENTRE OF TRIALIST ON V1 SOFTWARE

Now if you see what your arms do, they come forward

ON V1 SOFTWARE DRAW LINE ALONG LINE OF TRIALISTS ARM

The reason for this is tightness in your upper body area
DRAW A LINE ALONG CHEST AREA

Also it is also caused by tightness in your hip area
DRAW A LINE ALONG HIP AREA

We actually tackle these areas in every session with our Mobilisation Matrix which focuses specific exercises as this is a common cause of alot of peoples shoulder pain, knee pain and back pain

NOW LETS GO THROUGH THE TRUNK STABILITY PUSH UP
let me show you what we can see

Now ideally your body would stay connected when you go up into this push up position

which shows that your core stabilising muscles are connecting your upper body with your lower body.

Now as you can see here you tended to arch a bit so that your hips stayed lower than your upper body was.

This is caused by some areas that need strengthening like your abdominals and lower back.

But don’t worry as we work those muscle parts every session as its very common in everyone we see, so you are totally normal.
