Chenotherapy induced bone marrow suppression -myelosuppression
Featuring: neutropenia, anaemia, thrombocytopenia
Patient got a fever following chemitherapy?
Needs urgent FBC/ antibiotics/ resuscitation
Treat as neutropenic sepsis - medical emergency

Low threshold for critical care
