Q

How does Normann explain uncertanties?

A

All activities involve uncertainties. But there is two different changes:

  1. The changes that occur around more or less stable normal states.
  2. The changes that happens in the parameters of a system = requires management.
  • Structural change can only be dealt with, with structural planning - has to be done by management.
  • Innovation deals with a future that we do not really know, can we plan it?

How can we understand the world?

A

Easy, by discourses. (FUCK YEA METHOD COURSE!).

Normann uses the ismple world “language” - but we know better = it is by the discourses.

“The world can be seen and understand through discourses. We see and interoperate our surrounding with our language.”
