Q

What is a dynamic capabilities?

A

The theory is an extension from the RBV view, adding the dynamic capability into the model.

Dynamic capabilities is used to facilitate and enable RBV’s resources, and how companies can create RBS’s in the future. Dynamic capabilities can therefore be seen as the mechanics that creates rbv’s resources.
