Q

What is the flow of CSF? How does CSF get into the bloodstream.

A

Choroid plexus from lateral ventricle flows through interventricular foramen into third ventricle, joins CSF production from there passes through aqueduct into 4th ventricle and joins CSF production from there.

4th ventricle has median and lateral apertures which connects to the subarachnoid space.

CSF from subarachnoid space hit arachnoid granulations which filter through to superior sagittal sinus (how CSF enters bloodstream)
