Receives info from your hand,skin and controls your movement

The brain sends messages via the spinal cord to peripheral nerves throughout the body that serve to control the muscles and internal organs

Some of your peripheral nervous system (PNS) is under your voluntary control - the nerves that carry instructions from your brain to your limbs

the spinal cord is the pathway for messages sent by the brain to the body and from the body to the brain
