A

The fetal gut prolapses through a defect to the right of the umbilicus. At birth, the bowel is non-rotated, foreshortened
and covered by a fibrinous peel

What is Exomphalous

A

An anomaly in which the intestines and sometimes the liver
are covered with a membranous amniotic sac from which
the umbilical cord arises. It may be associated with chromosomal or cardiac anomalies.
