Origin, Insertion, Innervation, Blood Supply

A

Origin: Head of the fibula and proximal 2/3 of the lateral fibula

Insertion: Base of metatarsal 1 and medial cuneiform

Innervation: Superficial peroneal/fibular nerve (L4, L5, S1)

Blood Supply: Fibular artery
