Origin, Insertion, Innervation, Blood Supply
Origin: 3/4 of the medial and anterior surfaces of the ulna and interosseous membrane
Insertion: Medial Part - Base of distal phalanges 4 and 5; Lateral Part - Base of distal phalanges 2 and 3
Innervation: Medial Part - Ulnar Nerve (C8, T1); Lateral Part - Anterior Interosseous Nerve (AIN) (C8, T1)
Blood Supply: Ulnar artery

Flexor Pollicis Longus (FLP)
Origin, Insertion, Innervation, Blood Supply
Origin: Anterior surface of radius and interosseous membrane
Insertion: Base of distal phalanx of the thumb
Innervation: Anterior Interosseous Nerve (AIN) (C8, T1)
Blood Supply: Ulnar artery
Flexor Pollicis Longus (FPL) Movements
Flexes the CMC, MCP and IP joints of the thumb
Pronator Quadratus
Origin, Insertion, Innervation, Blood Supply
Origin: Distal quarter of anterior surface of the ulna
Insertion: Distal quarter of the anterior surface of the radius
Innervation: Anterior interosseous nerve (AIN) (C8, T1)
Blood Supply: Anterior interosseous artery
