Origin, Insertion, Innervation, Blood Supply

A

Origin: 3/4 of the medial and anterior surfaces of the ulna and interosseous membrane

Insertion: Medial Part - Base of distal phalanges 4 and 5; Lateral Part - Base of distal phalanges 2 and 3

Innervation: Medial Part - Ulnar Nerve (C8, T1); Lateral Part - Anterior Interosseous Nerve (AIN) (C8, T1)

Blood Supply: Ulnar artery
